The Web sococo works, but the android app doesn't... Not been able to use it since first day of downloading it. Can the developer fix this issue?
Media still not working. Would be great if the developer could get some feedback to us on weather their app is ever going to be fixed or not???

Abandoned - hasn't been updated since July. They obviously push their online platform, but if they aren't going to provide functionality here they may as well just remove it altogether
Doesn't connect to media. Can't use microfone, camera and so on. Just chat. Poot app.
Ever since the media on our account was "upgraded" last year, the app doesn't work at all. There was no warning or announcement about discontinuing support for the app, instead they just decided they don't care and will not fix it.
App is next to useless. Constant error messages and lock-ups. Possibly one of the worst mobile experiences I've ever had.
Mobile doesn't work, desktop does, how is that possible?
